“My feeling is that effective communication with clients is crucial to strengthening the bond between pet companions and their owners, with respect to long-term preventive care and quality of life. Our Team Members at FTAC are our most valuable asset. Therefore, we invest in them so they can be empowered to provide unmatched care.”

She has been with FTAC since opening its doors in the Spring of 2018.While the majority of Debbie’s health care experience has been in the human realm, she has always been drawn to animal health care. This passion is fueled by a lifelong love of animals, as she has been the proud pet parent of cats, dogs, hamsters, birds and fish over the years.

Debbie adores camping, swimming, watching movies, crocheting and sewing.

  • Nicole Troche
    Practice Leader

'It is my personal goal to provide each of our clients and patients at FTAC with the utmost care, respect, and compassion that I would want my family to be treated with. It is with great excitement that I welcome you to the Family Tree Animal Clinic family and I greatly look forward to meeting you.'

Nicole has enjoyed the great opportunity to be a part of an industry that has allowed her to build lasting relationships while joining her clients in the journey of the best possible medical care that they can receive for their pets. In 2002, when Nicole launched her career as a Customer Care Representative, she immediately knew that veterinary care was the place for her. Having a strong desire to share her knowledge with others, she has had the opportunity to grow into Customer Service Management, Hospital Administration, and finally Practice Leadership.

During her free time Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren and of course her two pups, Kaia and Raven. You can find them enjoying the outdoors on a hike, at the park, gardening, or at the lake.
